You select the appropriate diagnostics online. Our experts will support you directly when you get started, if needed.
2. Delivery of the test kit (days 2–5)
The test kit is delivered to your home. You take the sample and send it back to the lab.
3. Sample collection & return shipment (days 5–10)
Simply take your sample at home and send it to the lab in the enclosed return envelope. No need to visit the office.
4. Laboratory analysis & results provision (days 10–24)
The lab is analyzing your sample. Your results will be securely available in the evi.plus app .
5. Results discussion & basic plan (days 25–30)
In a short conversation, you will receive an explanation of your evaluation and initial recommendations, including supplement and nutritional tips.
6. Deepening & Coaching (from day 30)
With individual coaching, you will develop your personal in-depth plan – online or on-site.

Do I have to go to the doctor to have the examination?
No. We can either send you the appropriate test kit, or you can pick it up from our practice. You can then do the test yourself at home. If you have any questions about which test kit is right for you, we'll be happy to advise you.
Does the examination replace a visit to the doctor?
No, yes. If you are suffering from symptoms – acute or chronic – it is advisable to see a doctor and have your symptoms checked out. However, test results can be indicative and helpful for further investigations.
Do I need to pay attention to anything special?
Yes. Each product and test set has a product description that may specify different requirements and conditions that must be met. Therefore, please read the instructions carefully.
How long does it take to get the results?
Typically, blood tests and saliva tests are available within a week, while stool and urine tests can take between 10 and 14 days.
Will I receive help evaluating my results?
Yes. Every examination includes a free evaluation consultation – either by phone or in person here in our practice. Please schedule an appointment with us by phone or email.
Can I order the test for someone else?
Yes, but it is important to note that the data of the person being tested is entered on the request form:
• Name
• Birth date
• Telephone number
If necessary, please also correct the request form if something has already been entered on our side.
