The essentials first:

Insert the Evalyn Brush as described in the instructions and take the sample with a rotating movement.
Put the brush back into the transport tube and close it firmly.
Send it in the postage-paid envelope, as soon as possible after taking the sample.

Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
