As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under § 312g BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a EGBGB.

§ 1  Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by means of a clear statement (letter, fax or e‑mail):

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

§ 2  Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments including the delivery costs (except for extra costs arising from a non-standard delivery method).

Return: Without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. You as the buyer bear the cost of return.

§ 3  Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• —Opened hygiene or health products: sealed goods whose seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB) – in particular opened diagnostic test kits and stool sample sets.
• —Perishable goods: goods that can spoil quickly.
• —Inseparably mixed goods: goods that were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

§ 4  Subject and scope

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you the right to return products within 30 days of the delivery date without giving any reason.

§ 5  Conditions

5.1  Diagnostic test kits & medical self-tests

• —Completely unopened – packaging and hygiene seal intact
• —No sample taken, no sample tube opened
• —Not activated in the laboratory portal or registered
• —Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

5.2  Food supplements & other products

• —In original packaging and completely unopened
• —Unused and undamaged
• —Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• —Best-before date still at least 30 days away

§ 6  How a return works

Optional – any other clear statement is equally valid.

§ 8  Storage of the contract text

• —Printing: Via the browser's print function before you place the order.
• —Order confirmation by email: including terms, withdrawal notice and shipping information.
• —Customer account: Order history viewable at any time.

§ 9  Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

• —Governing law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are unaffected.
• —Place of jurisdiction: Berlin, for merchants and legal entities under public law.

§ 10  Online dispute resolution

EU platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in a dispute resolution procedure.

§ 11  Severability clause

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force. The statutory rule takes the place of the invalid provision.
