Here you will find everything about shipping, delivery times and shipping costs for orders in the ORY Berlin shop. We deliver within the European Union and to other European countries.

Delivery times
The delivery time starts once we have received your payment and confirmed your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders that reach us after 12:00 are processed on the next working day.
Diagnostic kits: what to know
Diagnostic kits are shipped in secure packaging that protects them from heat. Please follow the storage notes in the instructions.
A postage-paid return label for your sample comes with the kit. The partner laboratory starts the evaluation once the sample arrives — usually within 7 to 21 days.
The right of withdrawal ends as soon as the hygiene seal on the kit has been opened (Section 312g(2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB). Please open the kit only once you are sure you will be sending the sample in.
Transfer of risk & late delivery
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when they are actually handed over (Section 475(2) in conjunction with Section 447(1) of the German Civil Code, BGB). Until then ORY Berlin carries the shipping risk.
Deliveries outside the EU may attract local customs duties or import taxes, which are paid by the buyer. ORY Berlin has no influence over them.
If your delivery is delayed, we will tell you by email. Where the delay is more than 14 days, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge and get the full purchase price back (Section 323 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it — with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We will sort it out quickly and without fuss.
Withdrawal & returns
ORY Berlin voluntarily grants a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods — instead of the statutory 14 days.
As the buyer you pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or the mistake was ours. Once the return reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your payment method within 14 days.
