You can book an appointment with our ORY experts – 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes . During this consultation, an experienced alternative practitioner or physician will help you assess your situation and select the appropriate diagnostic procedure . This will create clarity instead of uncertainty.
I have received my test kit – what do I do next?
Each test kit contains basic instructions on how to perform the test. Please read these carefully.
Additionally, you can download the test explanation online at any time on the respective product page.
Should anything be unclear, you can reach us at any time via chat, email or telephone – we are happy to assist you.
I have submitted my capillary blood, stool or urine test – when will I receive the results?
Our laboratory diagnostics are precise and comprehensive – this takes some time.
Once your sample material has arrived at the laboratory, the evaluation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks .
As soon as the results are available, we will actively inform you via email .
How and where can I view my results?
Your results will be primarily processed digitally for you in the EVI app (ORY platform). You will receive an invitation to download the app.
The app offers many advantages: clear presentation, history, context and better comprehensibility.
Alternatively, you can of course also receive your results as a PDF via email .
