Materials and care

What you should know about the materials

Glass, copper and paper behave differently. These details also appear on the individual product pages.

Glass Wash carafes by hand Clear glass with a coloured base is not for the dishwasher; the pattern can go dull. Clean the stone insert separately.
Copper Copper tarnishes The polish darkens over time, which is normal. Do not use for acidic drinks such as lemon water or juice, and not in the dishwasher.
Stones No contact with the water The stones sit in their own insert. We make no claim that they change the water.
Paper Prints come unframed Shipped in a tube. Frame and mount are not included; the dimensions are on the product page.
Putting it in contextThese objects are not a health product

Shipping, returns, care

Help centre

What does shipping cost?

Orders of €50 or more ship free within Germany; below that, the shipping rate table applies. Prints go out in a tube, glass and copper packed to survive transport.

Can I collect in Berlin?

Yes. For collection in Berlin the order is usually ready within four hours. You get an email as soon as it is waiting.

How do returns work?

The statutory right of withdrawal applies, as set out in our cancellation policy. If something arrives broken or damaged in transit, send a photo to the help centre.

Do carafes or copper change the quality of the water?

We make no claim about that. These are homeware items, not water treatment and not health products.
