For our aroma product packaging we use glass bottles wherever possible: they protect the products well, keep the aroma stable for longer and are sustainable.

Do I have to go to the doctor to have the examination?
No. We can either send you the right test kit or you can collect it here at the practice. The test is then done at home yourself. If you have questions about which kit is right for you, we are glad to advise you.
Does the examination replace a visit to the doctor?
No. If you have symptoms – acute or chronic – it makes sense to see a doctor and have your complaints looked into. Test results can, however, point the way and be useful for further investigation.
Do I need to pay attention to anything special?
Yes. Every product and every test kit has a product description, which may set out different conditions and requirements. Please read the instructions for use carefully.
How long does it take to get the results?
Analysis takes 7 to 21 days from the arrival of the sample at the laboratory — not from the order.
Will I receive help evaluating my results?
Yes. Every test includes a free results consultation – either by phone or in person here at the practice. Please arrange an appointment with us by phone or email.
Can I order the test for someone else?
Yes, but it is important that the details of the person being tested are entered on the request form:
