How does the test set reach my patient?
Once it has been arranged, the material goes straight to the address given. Every set contains instructions, and the return journey is already prepared.
The full illustrated instructions are at kit.ory-berlin.de and can be passed on beforehand.
How long does the evaluation take?
7 to 21 days from the arrival of the sample at the laboratory, not from the order. Stool and urine samples sit at the upper end.
As soon as the lab report is ready we send an e-mail — to you and to your patient.
Where do we see the results?
The lab report is prepared digitally in the Evi app, with the history and context of the values. Your patient receives an invitation to the app.
On request, the results also come as a PDF by e-mail.
What does taking part cost?
Registration and use are free for therapists. There is no minimum turnover.
You pay for the individual analyses. The prices are on the product pages.
Who is liable for the interpretation?
The therapeutic decision and informing your patients stay with you. ORY supplies measured values with the laboratory's reference ranges.
On request an ORY expert will help with the interpretation — as a second opinion between colleagues, not as a transfer of responsibility.
