The test analyzes a stool sample for:

Occult blood (invisible blood)

Tumor DNA (e.g., KRAS and BRAF mutations, hDNA)

The user takes a stool sample at home.

This is filled into a specially prepared tube with stabilizer.

The sample is returned to the laboratory by mail.

There, the combined analysis for occult blood and tumor DNA is carried out using PCR.
