Therapeutic fasting at home – The process: advice and decision
· Advice on the fasting program via our shop page or directly at our Natura healing practice with one of our friendly employees.
Before starting the treatment: 2-3 days of coffee and nicotine withdrawal and 1-2 days of relief
· Every day or every other day, the daily rations of juices and teas are freshly prepared for you in our Natura healing practice.
Additional measures in practice (depending on your wishes and needs):
Colon hydrotherapy: Colon irrigation (recommendation: 1x before the treatment, 1x individually appropriate, more depending on the length of the treatment)
· Infrared sauna (recommendation: at least once during the course of treatment)
Vital infusions (recommendation: at least once during the course of treatment)
Useful additions for your home:
· Internal and external preparation for physical and spiritual cleansing
· Looking forward to comprehensive detoxification processes ;)
Good organization to avoid unnecessary stress
· Daily exercise, at least one hour of walking
Daily drinking amount: drink at least 2 liters of filtered, clean water and ½ – 1 liter of herbal tea
· Sufficient sleep

Where does the treatment take place?
The treatment takes place partly at the Natura Healing Practice (consultation, picking up the juices and teas) and partly at your home (drinking the juices, going for a walk, getting enough sleep). Upon request, additional therapy measures can be offered at the Natura Healing Practice (colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, coaching). The idea behind the Ory juice fasting program is to bring detoxification into your everyday life. And we help you achieve this by providing you with everything you need.
Do I have to take time off for the treatment?
No. You are welcome to work during your treatment. However, you should make sure you have enough time to take short breaks. Good preparation will help you avoid unnecessary tasks during your treatment, as you may feel slightly weakened.
Do I need to pay attention to anything special?
Yes. Each product and test set has a product description that may specify different requirements and conditions that must be met. Therefore, please read the instructions carefully.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Try to avoid unnecessary stress by being well-organized before your treatment and look forward to all stages of the detox process. If you're still unclear about anything, feel free to ask again. Any questions are welcome!
Are the juices freshly squeezed?
Yes. The juices are prepared fresh every two days and can be picked up here at the practice or sent by courier.
Are the ingredients organic?
Yes. All our juices are made from organic fruits and vegetables.
What is a slow juicer?
The term "slow juicer" simply means "slow juicer." The fruit or vegetables are cut into small pieces at a slow speed, opening up the individual cells and extracting all the juice. The slow rotation and gentle processing result in less heat and oxidation. This significantly improves the preservation of valuable vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and other nutrients.
What is colon hydrotherapy?
The name colon hydrotherapy comes from the Latin words "colon" (part of the large intestine) and "hydro" (water). For this reason, it is also referred to as a colon water treatment.
The intestine plays a central role in the body. A healthy colon is the first step toward greater vitality and improved well-being. Freed of toxins, the intestine can more effectively cope with new stressors, microbes, and other harmful influences.
Supported by a gentle abdominal massage, the intestinal contents are almost completely dissolved and expelled from the body using water at different temperatures. This regenerates and simultaneously activates the intestines. Colon hydrotherapy can also detoxify the toxic environment and relieve stress on the immune system by supporting the body's own defense system. A probiotic is also administered at the end of the treatment.

Is colon hydrotherapy right for me?

How long do the juices last?
Since we make our juices fresh for the day the juice cleanse begins, and only for a maximum of two days in advance, it's best to consume the juices on those days. Any leftovers can be consumed for two more days (if refrigerated).
Can the juices also be delivered to me?
Yes. Express delivery is available. Please note, however, that one pickup is valid for a maximum of two daily portions. For a longer juice cleanse (4 or 6 days), two or three pickups are necessary.
You can also use a bicycle courier.
What happens if I don't feel well during the treatment?
Naturopath Yesha Karmeli and the Natura Healing Practice team are always available to assist you during your treatment. Discomfort can be a part of the detoxification process. If you have any specific complaints, you can call or visit the practice at any time to ensure everything is within the normal range.
