I have sent off my capillary blood, stool or urine test – when do I get the results?
Our lab testing is precise and thorough – that takes a little time.
Once your sample has arrived at the laboratory, the evaluation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.
As soon as the results are ready, we let you know by email.
How and where can I see my results?
Your results are prepared for you primarily digitally in the EVI app (ORY platform). You receive an invitation to download the app.
The app has many advantages: a clear layout, history, context and better readability.
You can of course also receive your results as a PDF by email.
