How to get your lab results
You have ordered your suitable diagnostics and sent your sample to our partner laboratory – now comes the most important step: your results.
The main way is via the evi App:
You will receive a link from us to download the app and register. A short identification process ensures that the results are clearly assigned to you.
As soon as the laboratory analysis is complete and released, you can view your results directly in the app.
The one-time effort for registration and identification is worth it:
For future tests, you will have immediate access – without a new process.
Once your lab analysis is complete, you will receive an email notification with your personal access to the Evi App.
The Evi App was developed specifically for medical data. Your data is protected, uniquely assigned to you, and complies with high data protection standards. You decide with whom you share your results.
We ship within Europe. For destinations outside Europe, please ask us first — we will tell you whether shipping is possible and on what terms.
Yes. Upon request, you will receive access to a personal consultation regarding your results. You can book an appointment directly with our ORY experts via the app or use a corresponding link.
No problem. You can also receive your results in the classic way as a PDF by email. Using the app is an additional service, not a must.
The app serves as a central platform for your health data. You can collect multiple test results, track developments, and discuss them in a structured way with experts – for a well-founded, long-term health strategy.

That is completely normal. It is exactly what we are here for.
You can book an appointment with our ORY experts – 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes. In that conversation, an experienced non-medical practitioner or doctor helps you make sense of your situation and choose the tests that suit you. Clarity instead of uncertainty.
My test set has arrived – what do I do next?
Every test set contains basic instructions on how to carry out the test. Please read them through calmly.
You can also download the test explanation online at any time from the relevant product page.
If anything is still unclear, you can reach us by chat, email or phone – we are glad to help.
I have sent off my capillary blood, stool or urine test – when do I get the results?
Our lab diagnostics are precise and thorough – that takes a little time.
Once your sample has arrived at the laboratory, evaluation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.
As soon as the results are in, we contact you by email.
How and where can I view my results?
Your results are prepared primarily digitally in the EVI app (ORY platform). You receive an invitation to download the app.
The app has several advantages: a clear layout, the history, context and easier reading.
Alternatively, you can of course receive your results as a PDF by email.

- Germany 🇩🇪
→ You do not need to add postage.
The return is already prepared for you. - Austria 🇦🇹→ Please add your own postage.→ Send your sample to our address in Vienna (not to Germany).
- Switzerland 🇨🇭→ Please add your own postage.→ Use the separate return bag for Switzerland.→ It is sent to Germany.
- Rest of Europe 🇪🇺 (all other EU countries)→ Please add your own postage.→ It is sent to Germany.
In short:
- Germany: nothing to do ✅
- Austria: add postage + send to Vienna 🇦🇹
