Who it's for
The Gut Basic Profile suits complaints that often start in the gut — bloating, exhaustion, skin problems or food intolerances — and cases where a disturbed gut flora, leaky gut or histamine intolerance is suspected.

How it works
Four steps from order to lab report.

- 02 Take the sample Stool sample with the enclosed spatula, about five minutes.
- 03 Send it in To the laboratory in the transport container and the postage-paid bag, Monday to Thursday.
- 04 Receive your lab report 7–21 days after the sample arrives, with a 15-minute consultation if you want one.
Instructions
Taking the sample takes about five minutes. The main points first:
- No antibiotics for 4 weeks beforehand, no laxatives or colonic irrigation for 2 weeks, no probiotic supplements for 1 week.
- No major change of diet in the 3 days before, do not take the sample during menstruation, ideally in the morning.
- Send Monday to Thursday only, in the enclosed transport container and the postage-paid bag.
Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
