The main points first:

Choose cycle day 22 ±2 for the sample, in the morning before breakfast.
Let the saliva run passively into both tubes, do not spit.
Close both tubes tightly and send them together.

Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
