DHA and EPA are omega-3 fatty acids the body cannot make in sufficient amounts itself. They are found in oily sea fish and in microalgae — algal oil is the plant source.

Intake and storage
Take 4 capsules daily with liquid, with a meal. A tin of 60 capsules therefore lasts 15 days.
