War leicht zuhause zu machen und hat viel erklärt.

Instructions

The essentials first:

Take the stool sample with the set provided, avoiding contact with toilet water.
No antibiotics for 4 weeks beforehand, no probiotic products for 1–2 weeks beforehand.
Send Monday to Thursday only, in the transport container provided.

Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
