Instructions

The main points first:

Start on an empty stomach and take the baseline reading before drinking the lactose solution.
After drinking it, blow into a tube at 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes.
Label all 5 tubes and send them in together.

Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
