Why should I even take the Omega 3 test?

Our diets are often rich in omega-6 fatty acids, while we neglect omega-3. This imbalance can promote inflammation, weaken our mental performance, and contribute to chronic ailments. The ORY test shows you your individual omega-3 ratio. This allows you to take targeted action – for more energy, clear thinking, and a healthy metabolism. A small prick – with significant insights.

What can I actually do with the results – what is the test good for?

The results provide you with a detailed overview of your fatty acid status – for example, how much EPA, DHA, and arachidonic acid are present in your blood. The ratio between anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory messenger substances is particularly informative. This gives you a solid foundation for nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes. With this information, you can actively reduce inflammation, optimize cellular processes, and strengthen your long-term health.

How does this test relate to my long-term health, prevention, and self-healing?

Fatty acids are the building blocks of your cell membranes – they regulate inflammation, protect your heart, and are crucial for brain function and hormonal balance. Imbalances often go undetected until symptoms arise. With the ORY test, you can identify functional imbalances early and take targeted countermeasures. This activates your self-healing powers, supports your immune system, and promotes conscious, healthy aging – individually and sustainably.
