Each of the five analyses has its own instructions in the kit — the samples can be taken independently of one another.
Cortisol daily profile: all three saliva samples on one collection day.
Melatonin: night saliva at about 21:00 the evening before.

Please read the instructions carefully. Correct preparation matters: it is what allows your sample – stool, urine, saliva or blood – to be evaluated cleanly and meaningfully.
