BENEFITS & FEATURES

Oil pulling blend for daily mouth care, made from plant oils with essential oils. Use in the morning before brushing, then spit out and rinse the mouth with water.

Active ingredients and biochemistry

.ORY’s oil pulling blend combines sesame oil, black seed oil and sunflower oil with the essential oils of lemongrass, manuka, clove, lavender, oregano, carrot seed and neroli. Sesame oil forms the mild base, black seed oil adds a spicy note, and the essential oils give the blend its scent and taste.

Tradition of oil pulling

Oil pulling is a traditional practice from Ayurveda. The oil is moved around the mouth for a few minutes and drawn between the teeth, then spat out — not swallowed, and into the household waste rather than the sink. It is usually done in the morning before brushing.

Research-based effects

The composition at a glance: sesame oil provides unsaturated fatty acids and makes up the largest share by volume. Black seed oil contributes its characteristic spicy note. Sunflower oil rounds out the base. The essential oils are used sparingly and determine scent and taste: lemongrass citrus-like, manuka herbaceous, clove warm, lavender floral, oregano tart, carrot seed earthy, neroli delicately floral.
