Why should I take the test at all?

Many children are sensitive to certain foods – without it being immediately noticeable.
Recurring abdominal pain, skin problems, or fatigue can be signs of an undetected food intolerance.
The ORY test helps you identify potential triggers of discomfort before they become chronic.
This creates security, clarity and enables targeted dietary adjustments that noticeably benefit your child.

The ORY Analysis Test for food intolerances is specifically designed for children and adolescents and uses a self-administered blood spot test to assess the tolerance of 270 foods. This test helps identify potential intolerances by analyzing IgG antibodies in the blood, which can indicate hidden reactions in the body. This direct method can identify digestive problems that occur after consuming certain foods at an early stage, without the need for a visit to a doctor or naturopath.

What can I actually do with the results – what is the test good for?

Performing an IgG intolerance test at home with the Bloodspot self-test is both simple and safe. This test allows you to identify potential food intolerances in children and adolescents by analyzing the tolerance of 270 different foods. A simple finger prick is all it takes to obtain capillary blood, which is then used for the analysis. Sample collection is straightforward and can be done stress-free at home, without the need for a doctor's visit.

The test reveals which foods trigger an elevated IgG antibody response in your child's immune system. This helps you specifically reduce foods that put a strain on the body and favor those that are well-tolerated. The results provide a scientific basis for dietary changes that ease the burden on the metabolism and promote well-being.

Physical benefits of individually tailored nutrition

A personalized diet, tailored to specific food intolerances, can offer significant physical benefits. The IgG intolerance test, which examines 270 different foods, is an effective tool for identifying hidden intolerances. These tests are particularly useful for children and adolescents suffering from persistent digestive problems. By reducing the consumption of problematic foods, not only can digestive discomfort be alleviated, but overall quality of life can also be improved. Furthermore, targeted dietary adjustments can significantly reduce the risk of chronic inflammation and related health issues.

Early detection of food intolerances improves well-being.
Personalized nutrition plans mask symptoms and strengthen the immune system.
- A tailored diet promotes the energy and performance of adolescents.

Switching to a personalized diet can also have positive effects on mental health by improving mood and emotional balance. A balanced diet that includes all essential nutrients optimally nourishes the body, thus promoting physical strength and resilience. In this way, such a diet not only contributes to preventative health but also supports the development and growth of young people during this crucial phase of their lives.
