What people often ask
Do I have to pick one route?
No. The four routes are not stages that follow one another. You can order a test without booking a consultation, and you can book a consultation without having ordered anything.
Can I switch later?
Yes. If you started with a single test, you can book a consultation afterwards or move into a year-long programme. Tests you have already ordered are unaffected.
Do I need a consultation to order a test?
No, you can order any test without one. The lab report gives you the values and the laboratory's reference ranges. What those values mean in your case is for a doctor or a non-medical practitioner to judge.
What does one consultation cost?
A ten-minute initial consultation by phone is free and tied to no order. You book it via Book a consultation.
How long does Präventiv 360 run?
Präventiv 360 runs for twelve months and costs €149 a month. Two rounds of testing and monthly consultations are planned for that time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The term is twelve months. You can cancel up to one month before it ends — after that the subscription renews. If you want or need to stop sooner, write to us and we will sort it out case by case.
I would like Longevity support. Do you offer that?
Yes. The health and Longevity check-up is the starting point: it measures values from three areas — the nervous system, energy metabolism and detoxification. If you want support after that, Präventiv 360 is the route for it.
I have stomach trouble. Can I do a microbiome analysis with you?
Yes. For the gut there are tests from a stool sample, among them the make-up of the gut flora, gut permeability and the uptake of nutrients. Which one fits your situation is best discussed in a consultation.
Do I get support after the test, or am I left alone with the lab report?
You decide. Without a booking you get the lab report and nothing else. With a single appointment you go through it together once. In a year-long programme, going through it is part of the consultations.
I already have lab reports from my doctor. Can I bring them along?
Yes. You can store your own lab reports in the Evi app and bring them into the consultation.
What happens to my lab reports?
They stay in the Evi app. You decide who may see them, and you can withdraw access at any time.
Who can see my data?
Only you — and whoever you grant access to. Evi is run by a separate company.
