DELIVERY & TIMEFRAME

We only deliver Ory juice programmes within Berlin because the juices are freshly pressed. Please provide your phone number and email address when ordering so that we can arrange delivery with you. We hand out juices for a maximum of two days in advance.

USE & DOSAGE

Four-day schedule: on the first two days, a juice programme with freshly pressed juices and herbal tea plus colon hydrotherapy. On the third day, an oil and castor oil mixture as a laxative and a liver compress. On the fourth day, colon hydrotherapy again. Juices and teas are made daily and handed out for a maximum of two days; if pick-up is not possible, we arrange a courier.

Traditional applications

Olive oil and castor oil have long been used in folk medicine and Ayurveda; castor oil is known as a laxative because it stimulates bowel movement. In the programme, an oil and castor oil mixture is used on the third day. Castor oil is not suitable for everyone – for example not during pregnancy or with a bowel obstruction.

Health-promoting body functions

The Ory liver and gallbladder programme combines juice fasting, herbal teas, olive oil and castor oil, a liver compress and colon hydrotherapy into a four-day schedule. Olive oil and castor oil are traditionally used in connection with the liver and gallbladder; there is no scientific evidence that such programmes remove “waste products” or toxins. In colon hydrotherapy, a naturopathic procedure, the large intestine is rinsed with water.

Colon hydrotherapy is carried out at Natura Heilpraxis Berlin with a special device that rinses the large intestine with water. It is not suitable for everyone: with inflammatory bowel diseases, after abdominal surgery, with cardiovascular diseases or during pregnancy, it should be discussed with a doctor beforehand.

How should it be used?
