The approach
Measure first, then decide
Whether this tea is right for you is often something your own body tells you — but where complaints already exist, a lab report helps more than a product page.
-
01
Measure A heavy metals test shows whether your exposure is raised, and how far. Without a measured value, any dose is guesswork.Heavy metals measured by urine test
-
02
See where you stand Every value appears in the lab report with the laboratory's reference range.Lab report as a PDF and in the Evi app
-
03
Targeted instead of general Only then do you decide with a practitioner what makes sense.Initial consultation 10 minutes, free
-
04
Measure again after a few months The same measurement a second time shows how the value has changed.Earliest sensible interval: 3 months
