I have received my test kit – what do I do next?
Every test kit contains basic instructions on how to carry out the test. Please read them carefully.

I have sent off my capillary blood, stool or urine test – when will I get the results?
Our lab diagnostics are precise and thorough – that takes a little time.
Once your sample has arrived at the laboratory, the evaluation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.
As soon as the results are ready, we inform you actively by email.
How and where can I see my results?
Your results are prepared for you mainly digitally in the EVI app (ORY platform). You will receive an invitation to download the app.
The app has many advantages: a clear layout, history, context and easier understanding.
Alternatively you can of course also have your results as a PDF by email.
